- a trainee lawyer (pupil) who has recently graduated from the Kenya School of Law
- an advocate with two (2) years post admission experience in the area of corporate and commercial law
- an advocate with two (2) years post admission experience in the area of banking and finance law
- an advocate with three (3) years post admission experience in the area of commercial litigation.
