Caroline is currently the Vice President of the Law Society of Kenya(2020-2022) having served the said institution as a Council member between 2018 and 2020.

She is also the Chairperson of the African Bar Association, Kenya Chapter and has previously served the Association as a Vice Chairperson.

Caroline is also the Managing Proprietor of M/S KAMENDE D.C & COMPANY ADVOCATES, a medium sized lawfirm based in Nairobi.

She has extensive experience in both domestic law majoring in family law, Arbitration ,Civil and Commercial law; and internationa law having practised at the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda as a Legal Assistant.
